目的了解韶关城乡食品、公共场所从业人员伤害分布特点及影响因素,为提高居民生活质量,开展伤害的预防干预提供依据。方法采取分层整群抽样的方法,抽取韶关两类不同地区(农村、城市)、不同行业(食品、公共场所)共2 266名从业人员,其中不同地区、不同行业各1 133人以问卷方式进行调查。结果该人群发生各类伤害的发生率为76.83%,前3位为刀割伤、烧烫伤、碰撞伤;伤害发生率城市高于农村,食品行业高于公共场所。结论从业人员是伤害高发人群,应针对性从业人员伤害发生的原因采取有效措施,及早开展预防伤害的健康教育,提高他们对伤害的预见性,减少或杜绝伤害地发生。
Objective To understand the characteristics and influential factors of injury distribution among employees in food and public places in urban and rural areas of Shaoguan City and provide the basis for improving residents’ quality of life and preventing and treating injuries. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to collect 2 266 practitioners from two different regions (rural and urban) and different trades (foodstuffs, public places) in Shaoguan. Among them, 1,133 people in different regions and different trades were surveyed by questionnaire Investigate. Results The incidence of all kinds of injuries in this population was 76.83%. The first three were knife cuts, burns and bruises and bruises. The incidence of injuries was higher in urban areas than in rural areas, and the food industry was higher than public places. CONCLUSION: Practitioners are people with high risk of injury. Effective measures should be taken to address the causes of injuries among practitioners. Early health education should be conducted to prevent injuries so as to increase their predictability of injury and reduce or eliminate injuries.
