The thermal equilibrium low-temperature plasma synthesis of ammonia and continuous real-time sampling of sample mass spectrometry were used to detect the reaction pathway and steps of decay of N2H6 to ammonia during discharge. Experiments show that in the reaction of ammonia and hydrogen mixed gas discharge ammonia synthesis, N2H6 intermediate is a necessary transient component
