本文以高血脂大鼠,观察了血中丙二醛(MDA)、游离脂肪酸(FFA),胆固醇(Chol)和甘油三酯(TG)水平。高脂大鼠血清MDA明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并随血清Chol和TG水平的上升而升高;肝脏MDA也比对照组高(P<0.01);血清MDA与肝脏MDA无论是高脂组还是对照组,均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。本研究结果表明高血脂伴有脂质过氧化加重,观察到动脉粥样硬化疾病的高血脂学说与自由基学说间的联系。
In this study, hyperlipidemic rats were observed for blood malondialdehyde (MDA), free fatty acid (FFA), cholesterol (Chol) and triglyceride (TG) levels. The serum MDA in hyperlipidemic rats was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05) and increased with the increase of serum Chol and TG levels; the liver MDA was also higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Serum MDA and liver MDA were both The high-fat group was also a control group and all showed a significant positive correlation (P<0.05). The results of this study suggest that hyperlipidemia is accompanied by increased lipid peroxidation, and the association between hyperlipidemia theory and free radical theory of atherosclerotic disease has been observed.
