以粉蕉吸芽为材料开展茎尖离体快速繁殖研究,结果表明:以MS+BA_(3~5mg/l)(单位下同)+NAA_(0.2)为诱导培养基可以获得不定芽;以MS+BA_(3.0)+Ad_(10.0)为继代培养基可以获得较高的不定芽增殖率且变异率极低,后期附加一定量的NAA有助于促根;生根培养以MS+IBA_(1.0~2.0)+NAA_(0.1)+Ac_1为宜。
The results showed that adventitious buds could be obtained with medium of MS + BA_ (3 ~ 5mg / l) and NAA_ (0.2) as induction medium. MS + BA_ (3.0) + Ad_ (10.0) could obtain higher proliferation rate of adventitious buds in subculture medium with very low mutation rate. Adding a certain amount of NAA at the later stage was helpful to promote rooting. MS + IBA_ 1.0 ~ 2.0) + NAA_ (0.1) + Ac_1 is appropriate.
