以中苜1号和甘农4号苜蓿幼苗为材料,通过施加不同浓度氯化钙(0,5,10,15,20 mmol/L)研究了氯化钠胁迫下氯化钙对苜蓿幼苗叶片脂肪氧合酶、过氧化氢和氧自由基的影响.结果表明,盐胁迫下添加不同浓度氯化钙后2种苜蓿幼苗中的脂肪氧合酶活性降低,过氧化氢浓度减少,氧自由基产生速率减慢.当外源钙浓度为15 mmol/L时,对盐胁迫的缓解作用最好.表明适宜浓度的外源钙可以通过降低植株的膜脂质过氧化,保护膜结构和功能,从而减轻氯化钠对苜蓿幼苗的胁迫伤害.
