呼海路是1925年9月至1928年12月修筑的从呼兰至海伦的铁路。本文拟对呼海路的修筑情况及通车后对呼兰一带经济发展的影响、略作陈述,以期对地方史志的研究有所裨益。敬祈方家教正。一宣统二年(1910年)直隶(河北)商人刘坦准备个人集资修筑呼海铁路,并向黑龙江巡抚提出申请。黑龙江巡抚周树模认为此乃善举,故将其申请转呈清政府审核。当时,清王朝的统治已处于摇摇欲坠之中,因而无暇顾及此事。民国2年(1913年)黑龙江都督宋小濂,接到中华民国政府交通部来文,说孙中山先生对刘坦个人集资修筑呼海铁路表示支持,希望黑龙江各方人士予以支持,促成此举。来文主张先修对青山(今呼兰县城西南30里的对青镇)至呼兰一段.很快筹集到官股120万元。呼海路事实上已
Hohhot Road is from September 1925 to December 1928 built from Hulan to Helen railway. This article intends to make a brief account of the construction of Huha Road and its impact on the economic development of Hulan after it opened to traffic in order to benefit the study of local history.
