所谓办公自动化就是指将计算机网络技术、通讯技术系统科学及行为科学应用于一些数据庞大、结构复杂的办公事务处理的一项综合技术。办公自动化能使人的各种办公活动物化于各种设备之外,而又使人与这些设备共同服务于某种目标,以此来达到进一步提高工作效率和工作质量的目的。基于此,笔者将以办公自动化下的档案管理为切入点,通过简要分析应用办公自动化技术进行档案管理的优势,以及当前办公自动化环境下档案管理出现的一些问题,以期能为如何更好的运用办公自动化系统进行档案管理提出几点具有建设性的建议。
The so-called office automation refers to the computer network technology, communication technology systems science and behavioral science applied to some of the data, complex structure of the office transaction processing an integrated technology. Office automation can make people’s various office activities in a variety of equipment, but also make people work with these devices to achieve a certain goal, in order to achieve further enhance the efficiency and quality of work purposes. Based on this, I will use the office automation under the file management as a starting point, through a brief analysis of the advantages of using office automation technology for file management, as well as the current office automation archives management problems, with a view to how to better use Office automation system file management made a few constructive suggestions.
