目的:评价运用自锁托槽和传统托槽在正畸治疗中对牙根外吸收的影响。方法:选取南京同仁医院口腔科32例非减数治疗安氏Ⅰ类均角错畸形患者,分为自锁托槽组和传统托槽组,两组患者治疗前后分别拍摄全颌曲面断层片,牙根形态按等级分级,统计分析治疗后各等级频数分布以及根吸收增加量变化。结果:两组病例在治疗后牙根吸收等级分布频数均增大,自锁组上颌切牙牙根吸收增加量略大于传统组,但差异无统计学意义。结论:自锁托槽与传统托槽均可造成切牙根吸收,自锁托槽对非减数安氏Ⅰ类错颌畸形治疗过程中牙根吸收的影响与传统托槽相比有增加趋势,但差异无统计学意义。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of self-ligating brackets and traditional brackets on external root resorption during orthodontic treatment. Methods: Thirty-two patients with Angle Ⅰ malocclusion in Department of Stomatology were selected from Department of Stomatology, Nanjing Tongren Hospital. The patients were divided into self-ligating bracket group and traditional brackets group. Before and after treatment, Root morphology by grading, statistical analysis of the frequency distribution of the various levels and changes in root absorption increased. Results: The frequency of root resorption increased in both groups after treatment. The increase of root resorption in the maxillary incisors was slightly larger than that in the traditional group, but the difference was not statistically significant. CONCLUSION: Self-ligating brackets and traditional brackets can both effect root resorption. The effect of self-ligating brackets on root resorption during non-trivial Class Ⅰ malocclusion is increasing compared with traditional brackets. However, The difference was not statistically significant.
