一、“债火”纷飞目前,企业债务问题日益突出,债务纠纷连绵不断,有人称之为“债火纷飞”。《经济合同法》已颁布实施10多年了,可是据国家工商行政管理局对全国32600个企业的抽样调查表明,我国经济合同的社会履约率仅有66%。据最高人民法院统计,1992年全国法院受理一审经济纠纷案件65万件,1993年达到89万件,1994年则超过100万件,其中70%以上是合同纠纷,而且绝大多数与企业债务问题相关。记者最近走访了最高人民法院、北京市高级人民法院及一些律师事务所的有关人士,他们认为企业债务问题有以下几种表现形式。
