供电企业生产过程中的“小型作业”检修工作,占到了基层供电所电力设施全部维护工作量的80%以上。然而在“小型作业”过程中,安全作业又是基层供电管理工作中一个非常重要的内容。由于现阶段不少员工身上还不同程度地存在着“习惯性”违章因素,管理环节中一个细小疏漏,势必引发难以想象的责任事故。针对“习惯性”违章行为特征,剖析诱因、制定对策、强化管理、克服陋习,是每位电力企业管理者和生产活动参与者责无旁贷的任务。
Power supply enterprises in the production process “small jobs ” overhaul, accounting for more than 80% of the total maintenance workload of the primary power supply facilities. However, in the “small jobs ” process, safety work is a very important part of grass-roots power supply management. Due to the fact that a lot of employees still have “habitual” violation factors and many minor omissions in the management process at this stage, it is bound to lead to unimaginable responsibility accidents. In view of the characteristics of “habitual” illegal behavior, it is the duty of every power enterprise manager and productive activity participant to analyze the incentive, formulate countermeasures, strengthen management and overcome bad habits.
