本文总结作者在海拔2260公尺高原,于1982年5月至1983年5月开展4例同种异体肾移植病例。移植肾存活最长时间达18个月。并对病例的选择、供肾处理及免疫抑制剂的应用加以论述,为今后在高原地区进一步开展同种异体肾移植工作积累了一定的经验。
This article summarizes the authors at a height of 2260 meters plateau, from May 1982 to May 1983 carried out 4 cases of allogeneic kidney transplantation. Kidney graft survival up to 18 months. And the selection of cases, the treatment of kidney and the application of immunosuppressive agents are discussed, which has accumulated some experience for further carrying out allogeneic kidney transplantation in the plateau.
