目的:阐明Ets-1是否参与了实验性糖尿病视网膜病变过程。方法:腹腔注射链脲左菌素(STZ)来诱导糖尿病。STZ注射后4wk,分离各组视网膜内总RNA和总蛋白,分别进行Northern blot和Western blot分析。结果:实验性糖尿病视网膜内Ets-1在mRNA水平和蛋白水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:实验结果表明Ets-1参与了实验性糖尿病视网膜的病理过程。进一步研究需要阐明Ets-1和VEGF关系。
Objective: To elucidate whether Ets-1 is involved in experimental diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetes mellitus. Four weeks after injection of STZ, total RNA and total protein in the retina were separated and Northern blot and Western blot analysis respectively. Results: Ets-1 mRNA and protein levels in the experimental diabetic retina were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.001). Conclusion: The experimental results show that Ets-1 is involved in the pathological process of diabetic retinopathy. Further research needs to elucidate the relationship between Ets-1 and VEGF.
