信号周期是影响交叉口运行效果的重要因素之一。为了寻找最佳信号周期时长,保证交叉口通行效率和环境质量的同时投入较低成本,文章在分析交通控制信号与交叉口通行能力、车均延误和尾气排放量的规律基础之上,综合考虑时间成本、油耗成本和环境污染治理成本因素,建立了以车均出行成本最低的信号周期选择模型。并针对实际交叉口进行了仿真验证,结果证明该方法即保证了交叉口运行效果又保证了成本投入,为交叉口信号周期优化提供了一种新的思路。
The signal cycle is one of the important factors that affect the operation effect of the intersection. In order to find the best signal period, to ensure the efficiency and environmental quality of the intersection while investing lower costs, the article based on the analysis of traffic control signals and intersection capacity, vehicle delays and exhaust emissions based on the law, considering Time cost, cost of fuel consumption and cost of environmental pollution control, the model of signal periodicity with the lowest cost of traveling by car is established. The simulation results show that the method ensures the operation effect of the intersection and ensures the cost input, and provides a new idea for the signal cycle optimization at the intersection.
