松软顶板大采高工作面因其采高加大煤壁易片帮,松软顶板更会增大冒顶几率,若支护不当,将会严重影响工作面的安全回采,针对此问题,通过实验室岩石力学实验,初步确定各岩层岩石力学参数,明确顶板类型;通过FLAC3D数值模拟,得到了松软顶板大采高工作面回采过程中超前支承压力分布特征;在获得以上研究结果的基础上,结合矿压理论建立顶板控制力学模型,分析松软顶板下支架工作阻力;最后对工作面支架的适应性进行监测,实测来压期间支架平均工作阻力与计算结果基本吻合,实践表明研究结果可以在类似条件下推广应用。
