目的探讨丹田降脂丸对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响。方法以辛伐他汀作为阳性药,采用PeriFlux system5000激光多普勒血流仪观测丹田降脂丸分别对小鼠耳廓微循环在正常状态和肾上腺素所致微循环障碍状态下的血流灌注量(PU)的影响。结果与空白对照组比较,丹田降脂丸高、中、低各剂量组均可显著增加正常状态下的小鼠耳廓血流灌注量(P<0.01),并可明显减轻肾上腺素所致的微血管收缩反应,改善微循环障碍(P<0.01)。结论丹田降脂丸可有效改善正常小鼠和肾上腺素致所致微循环障碍小鼠耳廓微循环。
Objective To investigate the effect of pubic area lipid-lowering pill on auricle microcirculation in mice. Methods Simvastatin was used as a positive drug. PeriFlux system5000 laser Doppler flowmetry was used to observe the effects of Dantian Jiangzhi pills on the auricular microcirculation in mice under normal conditions and adrenaline microcirculation disturbance (PU) influence. Results Compared with the blank control group, the Dantian Jiangzhi pills could significantly increase the auricular flow perfusion (P <0.01) in normal, high, medium and low dose groups, and significantly reduce the effects of epinephrine Microvascular contraction response, improve microcirculation (P <0.01). Conclusion Dantian Jiangzhi pill can effectively improve the auricle microcirculation of mice with microcirculation disturbance caused by normal mice and adrenaline.
