根据武钢50 t 转炉冶炼低碳钢、超低碳钢和全连铸出钢温度高,以及目前仅有氩气的特点,结合我国耐火原料和武钢耐火制品生产装备条件,1984年成功地开发了W—1型转炉复吹供气砖,在二炼钢厂三座50 t 转炉使用,取得了良好效果。但是,由于耐火元件质量和供气砖结构尚有某些缺陷,导致蚀损速率较大,并产生渗钢堵塞等现象,影响了复吹率和复吹效果。
According to Wuhan Iron and Steel 50 t converter smelting low carbon steel, ultra-low carbon steel and all-steel continuous casting of high temperature, and only the current characteristics of argon, combined with China’s refractory raw materials and refractory products WISCO production equipment conditions, in 1984 successfully developed W-1 BOF gas supply brick, two steelmaking three 50 t converter, and achieved good results. However, due to the quality of refractory components and the structure of the gas supply brick, there are still some defects, resulting in a large erosion rate and the phenomenon of infiltration blockage, which affects the blow-up rate and the blow-in rate.
