Based on the theoretical analysis of the enterprise life cycle and the characteristics of the enterprises in each life cycle phase, this paper probes into the human resources development strategy according to their characteristics and has great significance for promoting enterprise development, accelerating the realization of strategic objectives and maintaining the stability of enterprises and market competitiveness.
