目的 建立一种血中吩噻嗪类药物的萃取及测定方法。方法 采用氧化铝干柱层析固相萃取技术分离血中吩噻嗪类药物 ,紫外二阶导数光谱图测定萃取物中吩噻嗪类药物浓度。结果 对于吩噻嗪类药物含量在mg/L级药物的血样 ,pH 8时氯丙嗪的萃取率 >80 % ;pH 1 2时异丙嗪的萃取率 >90 %。紫外二阶导数光谱图测定氯丙嗪的加样回收率 >90 %。结论 本方法操作简便 ,试剂价廉 ,萃取率较高 ,测试重现性好 ,批量测试更省时间 ,对于含吩噻嗪类药物mg/L级的血样 ,测定结果可靠
Objective To establish a method for the extraction and determination of phenothiazine in blood. Methods The phenothiazines were separated by dry column chromatography (SPE) with solid phase extraction (SPE). The concentration of phenothiazines was determined by ultraviolet second derivative spectroscopy. Results For blood samples with phenothiazines at mg / L level, the extraction rate of chlorpromazine was> 80% at pH 8; the extraction rate of promethazine was> 90% at pH 1 2. UV second derivative spectrophotometric determination of chlorpromazine loading recovery> 90%. Conclusion The method is simple and convenient, the reagents are cheap, the extraction rate is high, the test reproducibility is good, and the batch test is more time-saving. For the blood samples containing phenothiazine mg / L grade, the determination result is reliable
