生产过程中发现成品盘条表面经常出现红色浮锈。对导致盘条表面浮锈生成的水质及控冷等环节进行了测定分析及工艺试验研究。结果表明 ,冷却水质的优劣对高线盘条的质量有一定的影响 ,尤其是对表面质量影响较大。冷却水质差是导致盘条表面浮锈出现的主要原因。必须采用净化水质?
