为指针式仪表加装照明灯

指针式仪表在光线不足或暗处工作时没有照明,读数非常困难。为解决这一问题,我们为指针式仪表加装了照明灯,经实验效果十分满意。灯的位置如图1。我们在指针式仪表针档外侧分别开一对称圆孔,内径等于用发光二极管LED作指示灯外径(加工时注意不要将表盘划伤或损坏,钻孔后的铁屑一定要清扫干净),将指示灯针脚穿出后表壳,用“704胶”固定后,接好电路,改装工作即可结束。经改装后的指针式仪表,可用于光线不足的工作环境,在距离仪表二、三m处可以清晰地看清表盘。 Pointer instrument in the light of dark or dark work without lighting, reading is very difficult.
