This paper systematically introduces the background and main practices of Yunnan Geological Prospecting Corps in implementing the going-out strategy and strengthening the construction of enterprise culture. It also summarizes the prominent achievements made in the construction of enterprise culture, and shows in a general way the implementation of corporate culture by Yunnan Corps Construction obtained by the economic and social benefits.
