本文将1060铝板与带有凹槽的Q345钢板进行爆炸焊接,其中直接接触部分可认为是零间隙设置,凹槽部分为有间隙设置。从金相照片可以看到,爆炸焊接后,无论有无间隙,铝板均与钢板成功焊接,但通过扫描电镜观察后,发现无间隙设置的焊接界面无过渡层,而有间隙设置的焊接界面有过渡层存在。分析认为,间隙参数是爆炸焊接中一个关键的参数,在进行爆炸焊时需要认真设置,以保障爆炸焊接的质量。
In this paper, 1060 aluminum plate with a groove Q345 steel plate for explosion welding, which directly contact with the part can be considered zero clearance settings, the groove part is set with gaps. It can be seen from the metallographic photographs that after the explosion welding, the aluminum plates were successfully welded with the steel plate regardless of the gap, but after scanning electron microscope observation, it was found that there was no transition layer in the welding interface without gap, and the welding interface with gap Transitional layer exists. The analysis shows that the clearance parameter is a key parameter in explosive welding and needs to be set carefully in the explosion welding to ensure the quality of explosion welding.
