平菇是一种美味食用菌,栽培方法简单,产量较高。因此,近年来平菇生产发展很快,培植面积不断扩大。与此同时,在大生产中,一些栽培者亦因平菇孢子引起不同程度的过敏性疾病,这是一个不可忽视的问题。为此,我们进行了一些调查。 (一)调查方法与结果:我们在石河子、克拉玛依等地区培植平菇的单位,经现场观察,并对从事平菇生产人员发病情况进行了询问,结果列表如下。从表中可见,平菇孢子引起的变态反应其主要症状
Mushroom is a delicious mushroom, cultivation method is simple, high yield. Therefore, in recent years, mushroom production has developed rapidly, growing area. In the meantime, some growers also cause various degrees of allergic diseases due to the spores of Pleurotus ostreatus in large-scale production. This is an issue that can not be ignored. To this end, we conducted some investigations.
