为提高生产效率和产品质量,基于唐山国丰钢铁有限公司620 mm热连轧生产线的设备和硬件配置,开发了全连续粗轧机控制系统,建立了包括温度计算、轧制力计算和宽度计算在内的数学模型。针对轧制过程中易出现的带钢头尾失宽问题,采用三段折线式短行程曲线对带钢头尾平面形状进行控制;同时,对稳定轧制段带钢采用轧制力反馈自动宽度控制,确保了带钢全长方向上宽度的均匀性。现场应用表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,控制精度较高,能够满足生产需要。
