经1988~1990年对6个烤烟品种、2个白肋烟品种及其杂种F_1、F_2、B_1及B_2旺长期叶绿素含量的遗传与现蕾期烟叶P_n和单株烟叶产量的相关研究表明:1.白肋烟与烤烟叶绿素含量的差异达极显著水平,烤烟内品种间叶绿素含量也存在显著差异,不同组合F_1叶绿素含量有显著差异,而Chla/b在不同类型、不同品种及杂交后代不同世代内的变异均极小;2.白肋型与正常绿叶型的差异主要受两对重叠基因的控制,正常绿叶型为显性,烤烟型品种间叶绿素含量的差异受修饰基因的影响,Chla/b的遗传力高于Chla、Chlb及Chl(a+b)的遗传力;3.Chla与Chlb呈极显著正相关;4.Chla、Chlb及Chl(a+b)与P_n及单株烟叶经济产量的鲜重呈极显著正相关,与单株烟叶经济产量的干重呈显著正相关。
The correlations between the genetic and budding P_n and the leaf yield per plant of six flue-cured tobacco cultivars, two burley tobacco cultivars and their F1 hybrids F_1, F_2, B_1 and B_2 from 1988 to 1990 showed that: 1 . The differences between the rib type and the normal green type were mainly controlled by two overlapping genes, the normal green type was dominant, the difference of chlorophyll content in flue-cured tobacco varieties was affected by the modified gene, and the heritability of Chla / b was higher than that of Chla and Chlb And Chl (a + b) heritability; 3. Chla and Chlb were significantly and positively correlated; 4. Chla, Chlb and Chl (a + b) were significantly and positively correlated with the P_n and the fresh weight of economic yield per plant, and positively correlated with the dry weight of the economic yield per plant.
