目前,我省已基本建立了冷链系统。如何组织冷链正常运转?充分发挥其效益,已是一个亟待解决的问题,笔者从计划免疫的角度出发,根据国内外的做法,提出冷链正常运转的定义,与同道们商榷。冷链是由一系列制冷设备(冷藏车、低温冰库、普通冰库、低温冰箱、普通冰箱)和保冷设备(冷藏箱、冷藏包)组成。为了保证疫(菌)苗的效价,疫(菌)苗从生产厂出厂到终端接种点使用均要按要求贮存于一定温度条件下,这就要依靠上述制冷保冷设
At present, our province has basically established a cold chain system. How to organize the normal operation of the cold chain and give full play to its benefits is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. From the perspective of planned immunization, the author proposes the definition of cold chain normal operation according to the domestic and international practices and discusses with fellow colleagues. The cold chain consists of a series of refrigeration equipment (refrigerators, low-temperature ice storage, normal ice storage, low-temperature refrigerators, ordinary refrigerators) and cold insulation equipment (refrigerators, refrigerated bags). In order to ensure the valence of the bactericidal (bacterial) seedlings, the use of the bactericidal (bacterial) seedlings from the production plant to the terminal inoculation point must be stored under certain temperature conditions as required. This depends on the above-mentioned refrigeration and cold preservation facilities.
