联合管理模式,在海外项目执行中逐渐被中国企业所接受,这种模式可以起到资源共享、优势互补的作用。本文从海外工程项目面临的问题出发,分析问题的原因,对联合管理模式的优点和应该注意的问题进行分析。通过对国企、央企以及分包商的资源和能力的分析,阐述了联合管理的利与弊,为海外工程项目管理提出了创新思路。
The joint management mode is gradually accepted by Chinese enterprises in the overseas project implementation. This mode can play a role of sharing resources and complementing each other’s advantages. Based on the problems faced by overseas engineering projects, this article analyzes the causes of the problems and analyzes the merits of the joint management mode and the problems that should be paid attention to. Through the analysis of the resources and capabilities of state-owned enterprises, central enterprises and subcontractors, the advantages and disadvantages of joint management are expounded, and innovative ideas are put forward for the management of overseas projects.
