通过对球型燃烧室柴油机燃烧机理的分析,针对495A型柴油机,利用正交试验,在尽可能小的变动范围内对该机供油系统某些参数作适当调整,以期改善柴油机的经济性。实践证明,改进后的柴油机燃油消耗率在标定和最大扭矩两工况下均减少6.8g/(kW·h)左右,外特性油耗曲线趋于平坦,同时降低了低转速下的烟度。此外,还对其燃烧特性进行了分析讨论,给出了韦伯特性参数,为预测同类发动机性能和工作循环计算提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the combustion mechanism of the ball combustion chamber diesel engine, for the 495A diesel engine, some parameters of the oil supply system of the 495A diesel engine are adjusted with the orthogonal test as much as possible in order to improve the economy of the diesel engine. It has been proved that the improved fuel consumption rate of diesel engine reduces about 6.8g / (kW · h) under both rated and maximum torque conditions. The fuel consumption curve of external characteristic tends to be flat and the smoke density at low speed is reduced. In addition, the combustion characteristics are also discussed and discussed. The Weber parameters are given to provide reference for the prediction of engine performance and work cycle.
