目的探讨铅中毒对大鼠外周血的影响。方法选用SPF级Wistar大鼠40只分为四组即对照组、低铅组、中铅组和高铅组,每组10只。即分别给予超纯水、1 mg/ml、2 mg/ml、4 mg/ml的醋酸铅溶液自由饮用。染毒2周后,将大鼠经股动脉放血处死,分离心脏、肝脏、肾脏、肺组织后,分别进行称重、计算脏器系数、血铅含量和外周血象测定。结果体重自对照组至高铅组依次降低,低铅组、中铅组和高铅组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),大鼠外周血红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白含量随染毒计量升高而显著降低,差异有统计学意义,但铅中毒对脏器系数及血小板均未发生明显变化。结论铅中毒对大鼠体重及外周血有明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of lead poisoning on peripheral blood in rats. Methods Forty SPF Wistar rats were divided into four groups: control group, low lead group, middle lead group and high lead group, with 10 rats in each group. That is, respectively, given ultrapure water, 1 mg / ml, 2 mg / ml, 4 mg / ml of lead acetate solution for free drinking. After 2 weeks of exposure, the rats were sacrificed by exsanguination of the femoral artery, heart, liver, kidney and lung tissue were isolated and weighed respectively to calculate organ coefficient, blood lead content and peripheral blood. Results The body weight decreased from the control group to the high lead group in turn. There was significant difference between the low lead group, the lead group and the high lead group and the control group (P <0.01). The content of red blood cell, white blood cell and hemoglobin in peripheral blood Toxicity increased and significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant, but lead poisoning of organ coefficients and platelets did not change significantly. Conclusion Lead poisoning has a significant effect on body weight and peripheral blood in rats.
