2016年3月30日,最高人民法院召开新闻发布会,发布第二批人民法院环境保护行政案件十大案例。最高人民法院新闻发言人孙军工主持发布会,最高人民法院行政审判庭庭长贺小荣介绍有关情况并回答了记者提问,最高人民法院行政审判庭审判长王晓滨出席会议。据统计,从2014年1月至2015年11月,全国法院已受理环境资源类行政案件43917件。
On March 30, 2016, the Supreme People’s Court held a press conference and released the second batch of top ten case of environmental protection administrative cases of the people’s court. Sun Jun Gong, spokesman for the Supreme People’s Court, presided over the press conference. He Xiaorong, president of the Administrative Tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court, introduced the situation and answered questions from reporters. Wang Xiaobin, presiding judge of the Administrative Tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court, attended the meeting. According to statistics, from January 2014 to November 2015, the national courts have accepted 43,917 administrative cases of environmental resources.
