齿形弹性环是波纹环的一个变种,可以通过调节弹性环的设计参数调节刚度。文中通过简化弹性环的计算模型,依据刚度计算的基本原理,得出单齿的刚度计算公式,依据矢量合成原理,推导出整个齿形弹性环的刚度计算公式和简化计算公式。采用推导的刚度公式进行齿形弹性环设计,并使用实测法和有限元法验证了弹性环刚度两种计算公式的有效性。
Toothed elastic ring is a variant of the corrugated ring, which can be adjusted by adjusting the design parameters of the elastic ring. In this paper, by simplifying the calculation model of elastic ring and according to the basic principle of stiffness calculation, the formula for calculating the stiffness of single tooth is obtained. According to the principle of vector synthesis, the stiffness calculation formula and the simplified formula of the entire tooth elastic ring are deduced. The deduced stiffness formula was used to design the tooth-shaped elastic ring, and the validity of the two formulas of the elastic ring stiffness was verified by the experimental method and the finite element method.
