Based on the precise production of vacuum metallurgy and heat treatment industry and the overall strategy of high quality and high efficiency, a new type of temperature sensor for vacuum metallurgy is introduced. The possible misjudgment of the effective heating zone of vacuum furnace and the non-detachable thermocouple of vacuum furnace during the verification process ; Discusses in detail the vacuum furnace temperature measurement system using discrete component method to test the drawbacks; advocated the use of on-site overall on-line calibration method in order to further improve the temperature measurement accuracy
