利用水量均衡原理定性分析了发生在2005年8~10月甘肃省张掖市区及近郊地下水位大幅度上升的原因,提出在水库、水电站等水利工程的管理、运营中,即丰、平、枯水年内出库水地表径流动态(包括径流频率、每次泄水的径流强度、径流时间等)的控制,应该结合原有(未建水库、水电站前)河流自然水文动态,防止地表水径流出现动态上的异常,在下游地区诱发各种灾害性环境问题。
According to the principle of water balance, the reasons for the substantial increase of groundwater level in Zhangye city and Gansu province from August to October in 2005 were analyzed qualitatively.
