近年来渠江续建工程可行性研究,拟先期完建渠化渠江上游达县至凉滩河段。在可行性研究中,对续建工程确定上游设计最高通航水位是按照《船闸设计规范》规定。《船闸设计规范》总体篇(试行)规定,船闸设计最高通航水位标准,Ⅳ级船闸为20~10%洪水频率。在山区河流上暴涨暴落,洪峰历时很短的Ⅲ—Ⅳ级船闸,通过论证可采用低一级的洪水标准;山区溢洪船闸的上游设计最高通航水位,可根据具体情况通过论证后确定,但不低于建船闸前河道的通航标准。渠江属山区河流,洪峰暴涨暴落,洪枯
