过去造船业的钢板切割一般都用气割方法。到了70年代中期,为减少切割工作量,提倡切割高速化,开始研究了空气等离子切割。但是空气等离子切割,其切割面上的氧化层易导致焊缝产生气孔,且在薄板清渣上也存在一定问题。为改善空气等离子切割,应在NC切割机上装设氧气等离子切割装置。日本神户造船厂从1982年9月在NC型切割机上装设氧气等离子切割装置,现将使用情况介绍如下。
In the past, steel cutting in the shipbuilding industry generally used the gas cutting method. By the mid-1970s, air plasma cutting was started to reduce the cutting workload and to promote high-speed cutting. However, air plasma cutting, the cutting surface of the oxide layer is easy to lead to porosity of the weld, and in the sheet of slag there are some problems. To improve air plasma cutting, an oxygen plasma cutting device should be installed on the NC cutter. Kobe Shipyard in Japan in September 1982 installed in the NC-type cutting machine oxygen plasma cutting device, the use of the situation are described below.
