房地产行业的兴衰对我国经济建设的发展有着举足轻重的影响,因此属于整个行业核心环节之一的房屋买卖也与我们的社会与民生息息相关。我国政府对房地产行业市场采用了多种调控手段,目前随着我国社会市场经济体制的不断完善与发展,房地产行业中的房屋销售交易手段不断变化,其中房屋预售是最常用的销售方式之一,本文就针对房屋预售合同的相关问题进行简要探讨。
