The micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes of chrome exposed workers in a textile machinery factory in Zhengzhou was measured. The results showed that in the case of chromic acid mist concentration is not exceeded (X = 0.03mg / m3), observation group lymphocyte micro (P <0.05). The micronucleus rate of lymphocytes in workers of 6 years of age was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.01) ). The micronucleus rate of lymphocytes in the urine-chromium-excess group exposed workers was also significantly higher than that in the normal urine-chromium group (P <0.01). Prompted long-term low-dose chromium exposure, can cause significant damage to human genetic material.
