本文介绍磁透镜的一般原理,磁透镜焦距的计算方法,磁透镜设计及工艺方面的一些主要问题。着重提出用圆柱形磁极面代替双曲线柱形磁极面在理论上的可能性,并作了实际的验证。结果证明,当磁场非线性的要求为δH/H=5×10~(-3)时,用圆柱面代替双曲线柱面是完全可能的,所得到的结果与理论计算基本一致。
This article introduces the general principles of magnetic lenses, magnetic lens focal length calculation method, the design of magnetic lenses and process some of the major issues. The theoretical possibility of replacing the hyperbolic cylindrical pole faces with cylindrical pole faces is emphatically put forward, and the actual verification is made. The results show that it is quite possible to replace the hyperbolic cylinder with a cylindrical surface when the magnetic field nonlinearity is required δH / H = 5 × 10 ~ (-3). The obtained results are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation.
