如何解决大型非线性负荷产生的电压波动、电压闪变、负序电压、谐波危害等已成为大中型钢铁企业供电系统中的重要课题,而且随着轧机和炼钢电弧炉的大型化,这种需要越来越迫切.目前解决上述问题最有效和最经济的方法是配置静止型无功功率动态补偿装置SVC.为此,冶金部批准马鞍山钢铁设计研究院和马钢公司联合研究SR型SVC技术软件,在充分消化、吸收、创新国外先进技术的基础上,首次将国产化的SR型SVC装置用于上海江口炼钢厂电炉系统中,SR容量为22000kVA,10kVA等级,滤波器容量为30000Kvar,并于1994年4月20日一次投运成功.从现场情况看,SVC投入前母线电压表摆动大,电炉闪烁非常明显电炉生产不顺,常断弧,周围用电设备也受影响.SVC投入后上述不良现象消除,电炉工况明显改善,证明该装置的投入保证了该厂的正常生产.
