再生障碍性贫血(AA)是严重的血液病之一,尤其重型再障(SAA)预后极差。近年来应用免疫抑制剂治疗 SAA 取得一定效果,现将我科应用环胞菌素 A(CSA)治疗7例 SAA 的结果报告如下。
