目前胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者的治疗问题仍是治疗学上的一个难题。本文报告三例糖尿病患者采用持续皮下输注胰岛素治疗的结果,并结合文献进行了讨论。认为此法安全、简便、易行,能有效地使血糖维持在一定范围。这是胰岛素依赖型糖尿病人治疗的一种新方法,值得继续研究。
The current treatment of insulin-dependent diabetes patients is still a difficult problem in the treatment of. This article reports the results of three consecutive patients with diabetes who underwent continuous subcutaneous infusion of insulin and was discussed in the literature. That this method is safe, simple, easy, and can effectively maintain blood glucose in a certain range. This is a new approach to the treatment of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and is worth further research.
