优秀的节目主持人是一个节目的核心和灵魂。如果说广电媒体在与新媒体的激烈竞争中尚能立住脚,一个十分重要的因素是因为我们拥有一批具有核心竞争力的品牌栏目和节目,拥有一支训练有素、数量庞大的播音主持队伍。因此,可以这样说,播音员主持人队伍是广电的核心资源,是战略部队。浙江台州广电总台成立八年来,正是从这个战略角度着眼,重视播音主持队伍建设的,主要做到了四个“结合”。
