水稻组织培养能力的遗传力和配合力分析

用水稻4个不育系和4个恢复系配成不完全双列杂交进行种胚和幼穗培养,测定了愈伤组织诱导率和绿苗再生率。统计分析表明,基因型变异方差、配合力方差均达到极显著或显著水平,对配合力效应值和遗传力进行了估算。结果表明,水稻组织培养力是可遗传的,愈伤诱导率的基因作用方式以加性为主,绿苗再生率则以非加性为主。种胚与幼穗的愈伤组织发生受不同的基因控制,这可能与两种外植体的生理背景不同有关。 Four inbred lines of rice and four restorer lines were used for embryo and panicle culture with incomplete diallel cross. The callus induction rate and green shoot regeneration rate were determined. Statistical analysis showed that variance of variance of genotypes and variance of combining ability reached extremely significant or significant level, and the value of combining ability and heritability were estimated. The results showed that the tissue culture ability of rice was heritable, and the mode of gene induction of callus induction was additive. The regeneration rate of green shoots was mainly non-additive. The embryo and panicle callus were controlled by different genes, which may be related to the physiological background of the two explants.
