汉迪在继承发展前人的观点之上,提出了“人性不变”的人性假设作为其管理哲学的人性论基础。汉迪的“人性不变”是指坚信人终究是良善、正直、可敬的,对美好事物的追求永不改变。对“人性不变”的认识决定了汉迪对管理本质的认识,汉迪认为“激励人性才是管理的本质”。
On the viewpoint of inheriting and developing predecessors, Handi put forward the human nature hypothesis of “human nature” as the basis of human nature of its management philosophy. Hadi’s “human nature” refers to the conviction that after all, human beings are virtuous, upright and honorable, their pursuit of good things will never change. The understanding of “human nature” determines the cognition of Hadi on the nature of management. Hadi thinks “encouraging human nature is the essence of management.”
