在安装水电站空压机室贮气罐时,一般的程序是先浇支腿,然后在混凝土支腿的垫板上将贮气罐垂直安装,挂上基础螺丝再用二期混凝土将基础螺丝和垫板浇注牢固。这种施工方法的缺点是: 1)工序多,与土建交叉且一期混凝土支腿浇出后需要养生,故施工周期较长。 2)贮气罐的几何位置由混凝土支腿的位置决定,而混凝土支腿位置有时浇得不准,影响贮气罐位置不准。 3)在将混凝土支腿上的垫板调平后,落上贮气罐,罐脚不一样高仍不能保征贮气
