如图所示,该装置主要由手柄1、凸轮2、滑套3、定块4、橡胶件5、动块6组成。使用时,先将三个活塞环开口处同时嵌入定块4、动块6上的槽中,然后转动手柄1带动凸轮2旋转,利用凸轮推动滑套3。因动块6固定在滑套3上,故动块右移,使活塞环开口张大。此时,只要将活塞直接放入张开了的活塞环中,松开凸轮机构,在弹簧力的作用下,活塞环就自动嵌入活塞环槽中,装配完毕。橡胶件5的作用是增大摩擦力。
As shown in the figure, the device mainly comprises a handle 1, a cam 2, a sliding sleeve 3, a fixing block 4, a rubber part 5 and a moving block 6. Because the moving block 6 is fixed on the sliding sleeve 3, the moving block moves to the right so that the opening of the piston ring is wide.
