[目的/意义]总结与探讨地方综合性大学学科馆员绩效考评的原则与流程,为地方综合性大学学科馆员建立科学合理的考评制度提供参考。[方法/过程]从确立评价原则、成立考评小组和完善考评步骤3个方面总结学科馆员绩效考评的流程,以广西师范大学图书馆为例,分别从服务能力、服务内容、服务方式和服务效果4个方面剖析学科馆员绩效考评指标体系和实施细则。[结果/结论]在建立本馆的学科馆员绩效考评指标体系过程中,必须充分考虑图书馆所处的环境不同以及开展学科服务所经历的阶段差异,建立适合自身特点的考评体系,以更好地推动学科服务的开展。
[Purpose / Significance] To summarize and discuss the principle and process of the performance appraisal of the subject librarians in local comprehensive universities, and to provide a reference for the establishment of a scientific and reasonable appraisal system for the subject librarians in local comprehensive universities. [Method / Process] From the establishment of evaluation principles, the establishment of evaluation team and improve the evaluation steps of the summary of the process of subject librarian performance evaluation process, taking Guangxi Normal University Library as an example, from the service capabilities, service content, service and service Effectiveness of four aspects of discipline librarian performance evaluation index system and implementation details. [Result / Conclusion] During the process of establishing the performance evaluation index system of Librarians in our library, we must fully consider the different stages of the environment in which the Libraries are located and the stages of the services they have undergone, and establish an evaluation system suitable for their own characteristics. Good to promote the development of academic services.
