数学教学模式的运用,在教师专业化成长进程中的作用不尽相同.数学教师从新手到专家大体上需经历以下3个阶段:首先要借鉴、学习、熟悉多种数学教学模式,掌握数学教学的基本规范;进而是根据具体的教学场景,发挥各种教学模式的优势,灵活运用模式,整合多种模式;最终是要超越模式,逐渐形成自己的教学风格,走向教学的自由,达到“无模式化”教学的最高境界.
The application of mathematics teaching mode has a different role in the process of teachers’ professional development. Mathematics teachers need to go through the following three stages from novice to expert: First, they should learn from, learn and become familiar with a variety of mathematics teaching modes, and master mathematics teaching. The basic norms; in turn, according to specific teaching scenarios, the advantages of various teaching modes, flexible use of modes, and the integration of multiple modes; the ultimate is to go beyond the mode, gradually forming their own teaching style, to the freedom of teaching, to achieve “no Modeling” the highest state of teaching.
