６０例血尿患者的血与尿红细胞平均容积波测定。肾性尿红细胞平均容积（５０．９０±１１．００ｆＬ）与肾外尿红细胞平均容积（８０．９０±９．９５ｆＬ）比较差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１）．肾性尿红细胞平均容积与自身血红细胞平均容积（８２．５５±７．４２ｆＬ）比较，差异也有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１）。肾外尿红细胞平均容积与自身血红细胞平均容积（８２．８２±６．２３ｆＬ）比较，差异无显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）．我们认为此方法简便经济，灵敏度高，特异性强，适于基层医院推广。
Determination of Blood and Urine Erythrocyte Mean Volume Wave in 60 Hematuria Patients. The mean volume of renal urinary red blood cells (50.90 ± 11.00fL) was significantly higher than that of urinary exudates (80.90 ± 9.95fL) (P <0.001). The average volume of renal urinary red blood cells and their own red blood cells average volume (82.55 ± 7.42fL), the difference was also highly significant (P <0.001). The average volume of extrarenal urinary red blood cells and their own red blood cells average volume (82.82 ± 6.23fL), the difference was not significant (P <0.05). We think this method is simple and economic, high sensitivity and specificity, suitable for promotion of primary hospitals.
