房地产工程造价的预结算问题是长期以来困扰开发商的一个难题,它本身具有一定的技巧性。并且对其审核在一定程度上还同实际执行者的经验有关,主观性比较强。同样,房地产工程造价预结算的深刻还同政府有关部门制定和颁布的相关政策息息相关,有些政策已经出台,之前所做的预结算审核则要重新计算考虑。为提高房地产工程预结算的审核质量,现将对一系列的房地产建筑项目进行考核和分析,并对此进行分析和说明,尽量减少在工程预结算中出现的问题。
